Fuyuka had been in Locke already, due to her staying with one another after her incident. They hadn't been together when the Wise Snake incident happened, however; Fuyuka had been alone, in a bar at the time. As such, she was disoriented when it happened, but was nonetheless able to get to safety with the help of a good samaritan.

Her first echo was Fate's Linker Core, the source of her magical power. However, she had no awareness of it yet, or the ability to use the power. However, if anyone can detect magical energies, they would be able to register it.

She also received her device, Bardiche. However, it is currently inactive, and unable to respond; as such, it seems to only be some kind of pendant. Like the Linker Core, it can also be detected as magical.
